Interesting and spooky. I am interested in psychopaths. Some key points:
Some suggest psycho's can be created environmentally. Some are born like it. They experience no guilt and have no conscience.
Psycho's are control freaks and often verbal abusers.
Psychopath as a word is misused a lot. It is dropped from the DSM and comes under the heading of Dissocial personality disorder in the ICD-10 (Antisocial Personality Disorder) F60.22 to be exact.
Psychopaths show up under an MRI scan (closed loop cold emotion testing).
Psychopaths are able to assess and manipulate individuals. They abandon them without remorse.
Psychopath, Sociopath, Serial Bully, Narcissist - all terms to define associated copying styles. There is a lot of confusion generally as to what exactly the difference is.
Psychopaths my be criminal or sub-criminal.
They do not necessarily have a blood lust but they can enjoy tormenting and torturing the souls of others.
You could be married to one. One in one hundred are said to be a psychopath (Dr. Bob Hare).
In testing the psycho shows a high narcissistic value on the scale.
There are faults within the amygdala (emotional centre in the brain) and frontal area (used for risk assessment etc.) Under an MRI, information which is supposed to be processed by the parts of the brain designed for the purpose seem not used, information may instead be mis-routed to the language centres.
They emulate normal people with ease. In fact, they can be conspicuous by their over-normal-ness. You can't spot a psychopath but you can see their destruction or understand their behaviour which means you can detect them.
Women fall in love with psychopaths (repeatedly). They identify vulnerable partners who perceive them as knights in shining armour.
Often they are intelligent and successful. In group studies it was discovered (W. Bion) they will be elected as the leader by the rest of the group (they are good at control and find it easy to establish).
There are many other parameters.
