Dear Kevin To start with, i'm not really sure this is the right board for this post - a questions and answers place might be suitable.
Next, reading your article Beyond Words I find it hard to believe if a child called the nspcc (for example) they would not be put in touch with some sort of protection. What is the process from the nspcc? I read they had 3000 calls relating to emotional abuse in the last year - what is actually happening to the people that are emotionally abusing them? Can you explain.
