Have you accessed counselling that has proved beneficial?

Have you been ever given medication related to anxiety and paranoia?

I wondered if herbal medication such as Calms would be effective - they can be effective at helping reduce general anxiety.

Who is this aimed at? Victims or abusers?
Foods in general can me something which changes moods.
I read bananas are used by musicians who have anxiety before a performance. Caffeine is a no brainer.

When I wrote the question I had in mind verbal abusers but it's useful that it could be clarified and applies to both.

On the subject of food, in the book, 8 Keys to Safe Trauma Recovery, the author references a PTSD sufferer called Barry and notes her surprise at his positive reaction to the drink, Red Bull - a highly caffeinated stimulant and caffeine an anxiety inducing substance.

Red Bull contains a mixture of chemicals to include Taurine.

You can take into consideration the function of the Amydala in terms of victims and abusers.

But anyway, yes food and meds, interesting subject.

I looked this up.
VA's are too selfish to commit suicide but death has happened due to o/d of caffeine.
Red Bull addiction is possible could it be used to cause a death? Could it be a VAC is so unhappy its a good way out?

I read Paul Gascoigne's bio. The famous british footballer was addicted and had treatment - he was a moody domestic abuser of his wife Cheryl - I read he bio also. dont remember so much about the two books but wish I read them side by side - saw some of it applied to my relationship. alas no time again.

1, you talk an awful lot about verbal abusers - well, it's your forum - I also assume you manage a number of websites on the internet relating to psychopaths - I see it in your writing style - how? Well, I think you know I am either 'trained' or a psycho. I note your comments about Ted Bundy, you are right, psycho's can indeed spot a victim and your analysis is correct. People suffering PTSD have catatonic reflexes which identigy them - well done on that.


2, be sure cerebral narcissists beget EITHER cerebral narcissists OR the somatic type. Both are nasty but the disorder continues.
A good source of somatics are available on the web - usually on webcams.

3, a psycho can be a problem in your life. you won't get them institutionalized easily.

1. It is dangerous to take it if you do not engage in physical exercise afterwards, since its energizing function accelerates the heart rate and can cause a sudden attack.

2. You run the risk of undergoing a cerebral hemorrhage, because RED BULL contains components that dilute the blood so that the heart utilizes less energy to pump the blood, and thus be able to deliver physical force with less effort being exerted.

3. It is prohibited to mix RED BULL with alcohol, because the mixture turns the drink into a " Deadly Bomb " that attacks the liver directly, causing the affected area never to regenerate anymore.

4. One of the main components of RED BULL is the B12 vitamin, used in medicine to recover patients who are in a coma; from here the hypertension and the state of excitement which is experienced after taking it, as if you were in a drunken state.

5. The regular consumption of RED BULL triggers off symptoms in the form of a series of irreversible nervous and neuronal diseases.

CONCLUSION: It is a drink that should be prohibited in the entire world as when it is mixed with alcohol it creates a TIME BOMB for the human body, mainly between innocent adolescents and adults with little experience.
